By placing an order with Phuket Flower Delivery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, smooth transactions, and exceptional service for all of our valued customers.

1. Products & Availability

All flower arrangements and products are subject to availability. As flowers are seasonal and perishable, substitutions may occasionally be required. When substitutions are made, we ensure they are of equal or greater value and preserve the style and color theme of your original selection.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp.

  • Full payment is required before order preparation or delivery.

  • Pre-orders for special occasions (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day) may require a non-refundable deposit.

  • All pricing is in Thai Baht (THB) and includes applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery

We provide fast, local flower delivery throughout Phuket.

  • Same-day delivery may be possible for orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Incorrect delivery details

    • Inaccessible delivery locations

    • Absence of the recipient

  • If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the delivery with a receptionist, security, or neighbor unless otherwise instructed.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are not accepted. However, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Refunds or replacements will be considered if:

  • Flowers arrive in poor or damaged condition

  • There’s a significant error in the order

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for full details.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Orders cannot be canceled or altered once floral preparation has started or delivery is en route.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to complete your order — such as name, phone number, address, and email. Your data is handled securely and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
